Secretary of "No to Religious Parties" campaign Mohamed Attia revealed Saturday that they will present a memorandum to the Egyptian Cabinet urging a new law to regulate wearing the Islamic veil (niqab) at state institutions, Al-Bawaba News reported. Attia added that the campaign's judicial committee concluded a draft law that regulates the wearing of the niqab in public institutions.
