Two women were killed and another one injured in a roadside bombing in North Sinai city of Rafah on Tuesday, Elwatan News reported. Terrorist elements have planted the blast on the roadside of a route connecting Mahdiya and Horreya villages in southern Rafah, targeting the security patrols passing by this area, security sources told Elwatan. Since the ouster of Muslim Brotherhood President Mohamed Morsi, July 2013, a string of deadly blasts have targeted police and military personnel in the restive Sinai Peninsula, killing hundreds. A lot of civilians have also been killed in the blasts.
