A security source at the Cairo International airport revealed Tuesday, that the armed forces will provide the airport with several electronic gates operating with «X-Ray» system for detection of explosives and thwart the entry of explosive cars as well as 140 cameras will be installed on the airport fences, Al-Bawaba News reported. The source explained that the gates will be ready within the next three months, while the cameras installation will be will be ready within 6 months, under the supervision of the Interior Ministry. The security measures comes within the first phase of securing the airport, which amounts to 28 million pounds.
