The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) will offer Sunday, treasury bills with a total estimated value of EGP7.75 billion, Al-Bawaba News reported Saturday. A total of EGP3 billion will be offered as 91-day treasury bills while EGP4.75 billion as 273-day bills. Egypt's budget deficit is expected to reach 138.5 billion pounds at the end of the current fiscal year, according to financial analysts. This deficit has been reduced through Arab and international aids plus treasury bonds issued on behalf of the ministry of finance.
