President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi has just left the Cairo International Airport, after welcoming 20 compatriots, previously held captives by militants in Libya, back home. The 20 returnees, who hail from the southern province of Minya, fell captives to radical Islamists for 10 days before they were released in cooperation with the Libyan army. People and security authorities at the airport highly commended Sisi's role in safeguarding citizens. Speaking to the returnees, Sisi said his governemnt would spare no efforts to protect citizens both at home and abroad.
