Egypt's Tagamoa Party will hold Saturday a meeting at the party's headquarters, downtown Cairo, to discuss developments in political situation and their plans for parliament, Youm7 News reported. Vice chairman of the party, Atef Maghawry said in a statement to Youm7 News that the party would discuss the necessary preparations for local elections in light of recommendations of their administrations nationwide. The leftist party gained two seats in the latest parliamentary elections held in October and November, 2015. The party's head, Said Abdel al-Aal was appointed by President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi as a Parliament member within the president's constitutional right to appoint 28 parliamentarians.
