The problem of Ethiopia's Renaissance Dam will not be resolved through the visits of the parliamentary delegations, said Egyptian parliamentarian Mohamed Fouad on Thursday. Wafd Party's representative in the new parliament added that the proposal to form a parliamentary delegation to visit Addis Ababa is not useful, underlining that most MPs are not water experts. He added, in a statement to Youm7, that the current crisis needs a strict and immediate solution to contain the expected repercussions of the dam.
