The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) will offer Sunday, treasury bills with a total estimated value of 7.5 billion pounds, Al-Bawaba News reported. The value of the first IPO treasury bills for 91 days amounts to 3 billion pounds, the second IPO worth 4.5 billion pounds for 266 days. The budget deficit during the first quarter of 2015/2016 fiscal year amounts to 78.3 billion pounds, with 2.8% of GDP, compared to 65.8 billion pounds, with 2.7% of GDP of the previous fiscal year.
