Minister of antiquities, Mamdouh El Damaty will lay down Saturday the foundation stone of a museum and several other projects in the Red Sea resort of Hurghada, Al Bawaba News reported. Then, El Damaty will head south to the city of Al-Qusair for a short visit to inspect Islamic monuments there. He will also inspect the development of archaeological sites there, which cost EGP 50 million, through a protocol of cooperation between the Red Sea governorate and the ministry.
