Egypt's government waits the World Bank's approval for a one-billion dollar loan before the end of the year, said Minister of International Cooperation, Sahar Nasr on Tuesday. Nasr pointed out that the deal will be a part of a $3 billion loan from the World Bank to Egypt, adding that the loan will be granted to Egypt over three years. The Minister's remarks came during her meeting with Minister of Local Development Ahmed Zaki Badr, Minister of Housing Mustafa Madbouli, and Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation, Hossam Moghazi to discuss the bank's contribution in financing the one and half million acres project.
