Egypt's President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi and Minister of Health Adel Al Adawy received Tuesday Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Dennis Manturov and his accompanying delegation at the presidential headquarters in Heliopolis, Al-Bawaba News reported. Talks revolved around investment opportunities in Egypt as well as the joint projects agreed upon between both sides. Al Adawy discussed the possibility of opening up the Russian pharmaceutical market to Egyptian medicinal products and vice versa, especially in the field of Oncology. Egypt's Defense Minister Gen. Sedky Sobhy also met the Russian minister Monday with to discuss strengthening the partnership and cooperation between the two countries. Manturov praised the efforts exerted by the Egyptian Armed forces in their fight against terrorism, and their role in preserving the stability and security of the Middle East, hence providing a safe environment for investment in the region.
