Amr Moussa, former presidential candidate met Tuesday the French Ambassador to Egypt, Andre Baran to discuss the latest developments in the region. Baran expressed his happiness to be in Cairo, and revealed that the international media lacks accuracy in covering the security situation in the country. He added that the status of security is stable and that citizens are aware of the danger of terrorism, in addition to the urgent need to confront it. Moreover, Baran highlighted that the Egyptian economy is moving in the right path and that it will improve in the future, as soon as the government completes the Upcoming Parliamentary elections. Furthermore, Moussa and Baran discussed the latest security developments in Syria and Iraq, as well as the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, in addition to ways to resume the delayed talks between the two parties.
