Cultural advisor to the Palestinian Embassy in Egypt, Ghazi Fakhri confirmed, on Sunday that the Palestinian Authority has taken a decision to go to the UN Security Council, on Wednesday to present a draft resolution to end the Israeli occupation of Palestine. Fakhri added that there were efforts from US Secretary of State John Kerry to postpone lifting the matter to the Security Council until the conclusion of the Israeli elections, which will be held next March, but these efforts will fail. He stressed on the refusal of the Palestinian people to all of those attempts. Moreover, Fakhri highlighted that they will attend the Fourth Geneva Convention, hoping to take the case to the International Court of Justice.
