The committee drafting Egypt's new constitution started its second voting session shortly after 3pm on Sunday. Committee spokesperson Mohamed Salmawi said 49 members would attend Sunday's session. Forty-eight members of the 50-member committee passed 138 articles in Saturday's session, as well as the constitution's preamble.
